Nail Prosthetics
A damaged nail that no longer grows properly can be replaced painlessly with nail prosthetics for aesthetic reasons (placement of an ‘artificial’ nail).
This is especially practical in the summer when our feet are more exposed and visible, as it serves for corrective, as well as beauty purposes. In our centre, we have been performing nail prosthetics under the guidance of an experienced podiatrist for many years.
On the right, there is an example of a middle-aged customer who suffered a serious injury to her toenail five years ago. The toenail was then surgically removed and the new toenail started growing improperly and looked unaesthetic.
This customer opted for nail prosthetics which we successfully performed at the An.nika Medical Pedicure Centre, as shown in the second figure.
